As one who followed 2NE1’s musical career since ‘Lollipop’, this is one song that I believe should be mentioned more often. ‘사랑은 아야야 (Love is Ouch)’ is one of 2NE1’s slower tracks included in their first full album, “To Anyone”. As slower tracks provide a greater chance for vocals to shine, this song definitely satisfied those wanting more vocals from the members of 2NE1. Simple piano melodies usually gain my interest, and this song was no exception. Not only does Park Bom’s vocals have shined, but Minzy proved that she can be skilled with her vocals as well. Even in a slower track, Sandara’s unique vocals and CL’s one-of-a-kind voice were refreshing to listen to, creating a great, unifying harmony only he four together can produce. I remember myself five years ago, when “To Anyone” was first released, listening to this song on repeat. Yet, it is still a song I do not get easily sick of. I do hope a slower, yet powerful track like  ‘사랑은 아야야 (Love is Ouch)’ can be seen in 2NE1’s next album.
